Patti holds a Managing Broker’s License and is a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)—a designation held by only 5% of Realtors nationwide. She has also been awarded A Lifetime Achievement Award from John L Scott for her years of dedicated service. Brad joined his wife Patti in 2004 after a robust career in the tech industry. Brad believes, like his wife, it is the commitment to excellence and an honest, hard working approach that enables them to achieve their clients goals successfully time after time. He is also instrumental in helping clients prepare their homes for sale. With over 18 years of experience coordinating home remodels, Brad has personally managed dozens of successful kitchen, bathroom, and whole-house renovations. His network of skilled contractors along with his guidance ensures that homes are prepped to perfection, giving sellers a competitive edge in the market.
After working in finance for nine years, Bradley decided to follow his parents footsteps and join the Chalker family business. He brings a unique skillset with a background in finance and analytics but also has hands-on experience remodeling and renovating homes in the Pacific Northwest. With an MBA from the Leeds School of Business, Bradley combines his financial expertise with his passion for real estate to serve both buyers and sellers. His methodical nature and acute attention to detail make him a valuable asset to clients navigating complex transactions.
