Tuscany

When you think Tuscany you think of rolling hillsides in the Italian countryside. A little closer to home you will find the community of Tuscany in Woodinville, one of the Eastside’s popular neighborhoods. Tuscany is a community of over 200 homes built in the early 1990’s by The Buchan brothers and The Burnsteads (two of the Northwest’s premier builders whose names are synonymous with quality construction). With homes ranging from 3000 sq ft plus on 1/3 to acre sized lots surrounded by mature evergreens, meandering streets, a neighborhood park and trail system. This sought after neighborhood feels worlds away but is very convenient to freeways, shops, restaurants, Bear Creek Country Club, Trilogy Golf Course, downtown Redmond and the Woodinville Wine Tourist district. Another big draw to this neighborhood are the acclaimed public schools in the Lake Washington School District, namely Wilder Elementary, Timberline Middle School and Redmond High School.
