Most recently, we were intending to list and sell in Jan 2022 per the usual process – staging, MLS, etc. However, in Oct 2021 we responded to an unsolicited off-market inquiry. In the end, this transaction closed quickly and required us to vacate 60 days earlier than planned. To meet this accelerated schedule, we had to determine terms and conditions, complete several items of covid-deferred maintenance requiring scarce contractor resources, and significantly purge belongings as this is our downsize move – all spanning year-end holidays.

In all critical matters and issues, Patti truly made the difference between possible and impossible. Throughout, she guided through the transaction without a hitch. She applied her seasoned knowledge of the market and our needs to expertly secured the appropriate terms and conditions. She guided us through the maintenance / updating that truly needed to be addressed vs what was acceptable to leave as is. She was on top of the many moving parts of the required closing documents. We have left King County and are now on the other side of this competitive market -- hoping to soon purchase our downsized retirement home.
