My husband and I chose Patti as the listing agent for our home during a corporate relocation. During our first meeting, she impressed us with her professional but warm demeanor, examples of printed and online marketing materials, and knowledge of the local real estate market. We knew immediately that we wanted to work with her but were quite anxious about selling our home, as the Coronavirus pandemic was becoming more severe and the governor had just issued stay at home orders. Over the next few days, Patti kept us updated on changes in the restrictions for real estate during the pandemic and did as much preparation as she could in anticipation of listing our home. As soon as photographers and house showings were allowed, she finished everything and very quickly got our house on the market. There were many challenges that arose due to the pandemic, but Patti always came up with creative and elegant solutions and kept things moving smoothly forward. We received an offer very soon after listing our home, and at one point in negotiating the sale, there was an unfortunate development that could have resulted in a lower sales price. However, Patti negotiated expertly with the buyers' agent and completely resolved the situation to our benefit. We moved out of state soon after accepting the offer, and Patti continued to take care of our home and of us until the sale was closed. She coordinated the repair of damage caused by the movers, facilitated the final walkthrough with the buyers, and even mailed us some personal property that we had left by mistake, which had immense sentimental value. We cannot recommend Patti highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, quick-thinking, and an exceptional negotiator. Even in the middle of a pandemic, she negotiated the best price for our home and allowed us to remain calm throughout the process, knowing that she could handle anything that came up.
